Warren Buffet Bio : Education

Warren Buffet Bio, Buffet attended several colleges like Wharton Business School of the University of Pennsylvania, University of Nebraska, Columbia Business School, and New York Institute of Finance to pursue his passion in getting the best business education he wanted just like when he enrolled at Columbia Business School so that he could meet his business idol, Benjamin Graham. After Buffet graduated from Columbia Business School, he wanted to work in Wall Street. However, his father and best friend Ben Graham opposed to the idea. When he felt that he had enough skill and knowledge, he taught at University of Nebraska giving Investment Principles night lectures.

In 1954, Buffet worked at Benjamin Graham’s partnership. After two years, Graham closed his partnership which left Buffet free to set up his own partnership, Buffet Partnership Ltd. His partnership business grew rapidly from year to year. In 1957, he already had three partnerships and purchased the five-bedroom house where he lives now. His company grew to five partnerships in 1958 and by 1959 his company had six partnerships to operate. Slowly Buffet Partnership Ltd. began to buy Berkshire Hathaway’s shares.
