Zuckerberg was born as Mark Elliot Zuckerberg on May 14, 1984 to Edward and Karen Zuckerberg. His father is a dentist and his mother is a psychiatrist. He attended Ardsley High School and transferred to Phillips Exeter Academy after a while. The site became popular and Zuckerberg spread its network to also enlist students from Dartmouth, New York University, Columbia, Brown, Cornell, Penn, and Yale. With the success of Facebook afterwards, he moved to Palo Alto, California with his friends including Moskovitz.

Zuckerberg has been named as the most influential people of the information age by Vanity Fair in 2010. A movie about him was made titled Social Network in 2010 based on a biography of him titled the same. The movie won Golden Globe for the best picture in 2011. Zuckerberg is not much known for his philanthropy activity, but he signed the “Giving Pledge” of Bill Gates and Warren Buffet.
